Corecom Consulting BV is working with a payment company that offers scalable and real-time payment solutions, they are the first company in Europe to offer this service across the entire omnichannel experience. They are looking for an Agile Coach to step in and help them improve their agile way of working. This company has been working in an Agile Way for a little while, but they need a Coach to improve some processes, provide guidance, and ensure all the leadership team improves their Agile management style.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching leaders in learning and improving their agile leadership skills.
• Establish agile processes.
• Facilitate and improve the agile way of working across the entire organisation.
• Collaborating with agile development teams.

Requirements:

• Ideally come from financial/payments company background.
• Agile Coaching experience
• Experience in leading large-scale projects.
• Proactive mindset

Benefits:

• 70/80K- please be aware that this is negotiable for the right candidate.
• 5% training budget
• Hybrid Working

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experience Agile Coach who has experience in coaching mid to senior-level leaders.
