Salesforce Functional Consultant / Belgium / 6 month contract / Hybrid / 75 euro per hour (freelance) / 100k euro p.a (fixed term)

Corecom Consulting have partnered with a leading global organisation who have launched a number of new initiatives this year meaning they are growing their Salesforce CRM capabilities. One of the flagship products will be built out on a completely new CRM Cloud platform utilising the entire Salesforce product suite offering.

Responsibilities:
Identify customers needs & requirements and converting into high quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Organize, lead and facilitate Discovery Workshops.
Collaborate closely with all members of the project team, both internal, external and internationally.
Deliver complex configuration and managing the delivery of solutions via your wider team
Mentor and coach team member where possible
Always provide a positive / can-do attitude and consult customers to follow Salesforce best practices

Requirements:
5 years of experience within Salesforce development ecosystem
Salesforce certification in Admin & Service cloud (or another salesforce recognised accreditation)
Prior experience with CRM, Cloud technology and Data integration / migration projects
Excellent presentation and communication skills ideally with customer facing exposure
Must speak Dutch and English
Leader mentality, 'bias for action' who is also quality driven

Details:
6 month initial contract (long term project likely extend)
Up to 40 hours per week
Belgium (Either Brussels or Mechelen locations / hybrid)
Self employed freelancer or interim payroll fixed term.
75 euro per hour or 100k p.a fixed term contract

Interview process:
Stage 1 - Technical interview with colleague for competency
Stage 2 - final interview with PM for general demeanour, team fit and some deeper technica
